With over 20 years experience in the live events, music, sports and arts and cultural industry, Susan French has created a unique service, teaming up to date, accessible and bespoke training and development with employment opportunities to create first-class front of house customer facing teams whilst taking action to close the gender gap and increasing equality backstage in the live events industry.

The Susan French Events Services team are committed to providing real change in the industry - all training is accompanied with an individual plan for each candidate to assist in realising their potential. A team of specialist trainers, support staff and well-being team are on hand to advise and guide you in this extremely exciting industry.
